We care about protecting the limited information this website collects. This page describes, honestly, where we are today. Arkellium is in early access, so we are deliberately conservative about what we claim.
Preliminary version. This page describes how this website handles information during our early-access phase. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change before our public launch.
1.What we do today
- Traffic to this website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- We practice data minimization — the site only collects the waitlist details you choose to give us (name, email, and optionally your company).
- Access to that information is limited to people who need it to contact you.
- We host on infrastructure we operate and keep reasonably up to date.
- We do not run advertising trackers. Our only analytics is self-hosted and cookieless.
2.What we do not claim (yet)
Being upfront matters more than sounding impressive. At this stage we do not claim any of the following:
- No formal security certifications (for example, SOC 2 or ISO 27001).
- No uptime or availability guarantee (no SLA).
- No formal compliance attestations or third-party audits.
As Arkellium matures toward launch, we intend to strengthen our security program. We will update this page — and its “Last updated” date — as that happens, rather than promising it in advance.
3.Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue with this website, we appreciate a responsible, private report. Please email hello@arkellium.com with the details and steps to reproduce, and give us a reasonable chance to address it before any public disclosure. Please do not access or modify data that is not yours.
