Controls you can describe to your accountant.

  1. 01

    Isolation

Every company stays in its own boundary.

Records belong to one company, and the server applies that boundary whenever data is read or written.

    • Company data boundaries
    • Operational separation
    • Company-scoped access
  2. 02

    Control

Know who can do what, and what happened.

People get a role, access can be refined per user, and important actions are recorded.

    • Permissions
    • Audit trail
    • Financial traceability
  3. 03

    Resilience

    Records that can be recovered.

Daily backups, offsite encrypted copies and a restore procedure we have tested.

The details

Data separation
Every record belongs to a single company, and the server applies that boundary whenever data is read or written.
Access control
Roles define what people can do. Per-user permissions refine it for the individual. Sensitive screens stay hidden from people who do not need them.
Audit trail
Important actions are written to an activity log, so you can review who changed what and when.
Financial traceability
Invoices keep the tax rates and registration numbers in force when they were issued, and payments are recorded against the invoice they settle.
Backups and recovery
Databases and stored files are backed up daily and copied offsite in encrypted form. We keep a documented restore procedure and have tested it.
Controlled integrations
Connections to other tools, such as QuickBooks Online, are authorised by an administrator and limited to what they need.
